GUIDELINES

Thank you for your interest in booking your party at Jasper's! We look forward to making your special party an event to be remembered. We will work with you personally to arrive at a menu that will suit your needs. Everyone here at Jasper's wants your event to be special. Chef Aaron Staudenmeier creates an "American Gourmet" Grill style menu. Our Pastry Chef will create extraordinary desserts for you and your guests. The full service restaurant has a beautiful dining room perfectly suited for your private dinner or any occasion. The following information will be useful when considering Jasper's for your event:

          · Adjustable overhead lighting, which we can configure to meet your needs
          · Piped in satellite music or music of your choice
          · Wireless Internet Access
          · Seating up to 45, or up to 60 guests for cocktails and hand passed hors d'oeuvres.
          · Seating for 10 to 16 in the Boardroom
          · Special Arrangements for Audio-Visual equipment, floral displays, and entertainment are available
          · For lunch we open at 11:00 am seven days a week
          · For dinner we are open Monday through Thursday until 10:00 pm, Friday/Saturday until 11:00pm and Sundays             until 9:00pm
         · The entire restaurant may be booked exclusively for your event
          · Reservations require a credit card guarantee to reserve the room, please read cancellation  policy carefully
          · A final guaranteed number of guests is required 72 hours prior to the event, this number is not subject to reduction
          · Please note that 20% gratuity will be added to your food and alcohol costs and 8.25% tax will be added to the total             food costs

Once you select your menu, I will be happy to discuss wine pairings with you. When you confirm this menu, I will send you a contract. We require a 50% deposit on the estimated total of the food and beverage cost. An 8.25% tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
